I started by trimming a little off the forward end of the F-718 longeron because the instructions called for 3/4 of an inch clearance from the forward edge of the F-770 forward side skin to the start of the longeron. With the trimming complete I slid the firewall upper attach brackets onto the F-718 longerons and clamped the two together as per the instructions. Then I clecoed on the F-772 forward bottom skin aligning the firewall as per the instuctions. With everything aligned I match drilled the F-770 forward side skins with the firewall and also the F-770 forward side skin to F-718 longerons to the firewall attach brackets.
